Dr. Galen Cole recently served as President of the Georgia Association of Licensed Professional Counselors. In addition to his private practice, Galen also currently travels throughout the U.S. conducting intensive continuing education workshops on “Mindful–Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,” on behalf of PESI and the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation.
Galen has published numerous books and scientific papers, and made presentations at conferences and training seminars across the world. Galen’s private practice consists largely of treating high conflict couples and adult Dr. Galen Cole clients referred with a history of trauma, mood problems and/or anxiety conditions.

Mark Carlson
Psy.D
Mark Carlson, Psy.D., is the founder, CEO, and co-owner of Mental Health Systems, PC (MHS). MHS is one of the largest DBT-specialized clinics in the upper Midwest with three locations and 35 active DBT groups. He is also the vice president of Dialectical Behavior Therapy National Certification and Accreditation Association (DBTNCAA). He has served as the clinical director of multiple clinics including one of the largest Rule-29 clinics in the Midwest before leaving to start MHS.
